Customers who have previously made a purchase at McDonald’s may be able to get the deal in exchange for leaving some feedback about their experience.
On the receipt, McDonald’s ask consumers to share their thoughts with the company at the dedicated website.
They are required to enter the 12-digit code which is printed on the receipt.
Then, at the end of the “short” survey, consumers will be given a five digit offer code.

McDonald’s request the respondents write this code on their receipt, and bring it with them on their next visit.
They can then redeem the offer, meaning the customer can then buy a Big Mac and fries for a £1.99 price tag.
Last week, Martin Lewis, the Money Saving Expert, explained how customers could get a breakfast from IKEA for just £1.
Speaking on This Morning, the financial journalist explained that the offer is available on weekdays before 11am, until Friday March, 27.

For the deal, customers can visit any IKEA store with a restaurant and get a cooked six-piece breakfast for £1.
Normally, the breakfasts come in at £2.50 or £1.75, the Money Saving Expert said.
Anyone can get the deal – they don’t need to be an IKEA family member in order to access it.

The breakfast includes a sausage, bacon, omelette, hash brown, baked beans, and a grilled tomato.
There’s also a veggie option, with a vegetarian sausage and mushrooms instead of bacon.
Elsewhere in food news, Marks and Spencer has released its annual sell-out Valentine’s Day meal deal for two today.
The M&S deal has a price tag of £20.

The dine-in offer for two includes a starter, main, side, dessert, as well as a box of chocolates.
Shoppers also get the choice between a bottle of wine or a cocktail concoction.
It hit the shelves today, and depending on stock, it will be available until Friday, February 14.
